About the Author
Meet Andrea, Chief Storyteller and the creative mind behind the pages of Salty Books, the pioneering realm of children's books designed for everyday parents.

With a decade-long career as a seasoned marketing executive, Andrea has crafted narratives for the tech world, but one fateful morning, amidst the hustle of making kid's breakfast, emptying the dishwasher, tuning into an all-hands call, and preparing for work (a state of mind she affectionately termed as '5-tasking'), she stumbled upon the answer to the age-old question of what do you want to be when you grow up.
Surprisingly, this epiphany struck like a ton of books
– children's books, to be precise.
With an empathetic understanding of the daily trials, triumphs, and whimsical adventures of contemporary parents, coupled with hands-on experience in navigating the unpredictable terrain of everyday parenting escapades, our mission is to capture the littlest moments (and the grand ones too) that make the roles of moms, dads, caregivers, aunts, toddlers, babies, sisters, brothers, and friends so exquisitely beautiful. We aim to capture these moments in children’s books, providing a delightful balance to the ups and downs of real life.
